Resolutions for 2010

…and we all know how well the 2009 resolutions turned out. So let’s see how many I can keep this year

Lose at least 6 lbs this year from what I weighed at the start of this year (236 lb, I am one fat man).
Go to at least one BAAU meetup.
Go to at least one figure drawing thing at the Palo Alto Art Center.
Post at least 12 comics.
Finish a sketchbook (I have like five or so going on. I’m great at starting, crap at finishing).
Be the best dad I can possibly be.
Be an artist.

Yes, it’s 2010, the year we make contact. Or is this the year we get attacked by the Zentradi? Or was that last year?

I think I’ll get my cyberware and move to Night City.

Update – yes it was 2009 (February 22nd, it looks like) when the Macross launched. I was too busy with my daughter being born to notice.

Strange Dreams

Well I’m not having bad dreams, but definitely odd ones. One might make a fun comic project, and the other dream suggested I start drawing with charcoal (artist charcoal, not bbq charcoal). It was like my subconscious regurgitated what my art teachers tried to teach me.
